In 2011, at the ethylene plant in Wuhan, there was also a 2,000-ton crawler crane manufactured by Shihua Construction; four years have passed now, and those cranes are now 4,500 tons in capacity :)
This crane seems to be produced by XCMG; it was covered in TV reports.
It was jointly developed by XCMG and Sinopec.
