How large is the largest PSA nitrogen generator?

I need a nitrogen generator with a production capacity of 50,000 cubic meters per hour. Is there such a large nitrogen generator? What are the dimensions of such a large one in terms of area? Which is more cost-effective compared to cryogenic nitrogen production?
For PSA nitrogen production, the air-to-nitrogen ratio is around 4.5; a large amount of air is required to produce 50,000 cubic meters of nitrogen, whereas in the deep cooling process this ratio is around 3. It’s not cost-effective at all. Generally, for volumes over 3,000 cubic meters, it is cost-effective to consider cryogenic treatment
This can be supplied by multiple nitrogen generation units; the largest devices available at present have a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters.
