Which is better, the petrochemical (acicular coke) industry or the phosphorus chemicals industry?

I would like to ask the seniors here: I am currently looking for a job, and I have two interviews scheduled. One is with Chengxing Chemicals for the position of production technician, and the other is with a company that has just started operating in the field of needle coke production, for the position of operator. I would like to know which of these two jobs is better (I have been working for a few years now, having changed jobs twice; I’m looking for a position with better prospects for long-term development.)
