As company schedulers, we want to recharge ourselves. I want to create some learning materials for all dispatchers to use, but for now I’ve only prepared some information that is already well-known within our company. May I ask: Which senior colleague has any learning materials on company-level scheduling? Common information will suffice. Learning materials from the Production Management Department can also be referred to for learning purposes. Thank you!
We have prepared a scheduling manual; I just don’t have the electronic version. It covers the plant’s utility processes, material balance, the capacity of storage and transportation tanks, an overview of various units, as well as emergency response plans!
