How long does it take for an intermediate engineer to go from evaluation to receiving the certificate?

I am from Shaanxi Province; I majored in coal chemical engineering. I submitted my application for the intermediate engineer evaluation in November 2014, and I passed the evaluation. I’m not sure how long it will take before my certificate is issued. Have anyone else gone through this intermediate engineer evaluation? How long did it take you to receive your certificate? Generally, in which month are the certificates issued?
It might be from February to May of the following year? It was several years ago. :L

Are you submitting the documents for the first time and receiving the certificate in April of the following year? Has the defense taken place?
It varies from province to province. . The materials have been submitted. If it’s submitted through the system and there’s no feedback indicating where it failed, then it has been approved. . Don’t rush
We’ve both been here for a few months, I guess. In September, I’ll get it by the end of the year! !
You guys are so fast; it’s been half a year and I still haven’t gotten it.
