How should laboratory water be stored?

What the original poster is referring to is distilled water or something similar; a matte finish water bottle (10L) or a PE water bucket can be used, as long as they are clean. Don’t produce too much water at once – enough for two or three days is sufficient. Ultra-pure water is prepared and used immediately.
