How is a piping double-line diagram drawn?

I would like to ask how people draw double-line diagrams of pipelines – is it done using software? Or are the lines drawn one by one in CAD? Especially things like pipe fittings and flanges. How is a two-line diagram for valves made? Is it drawn stroke by stroke as well? It hurts the brain!
My understanding is that this requires CAD customization; the corresponding pipes, valves, and similar components have their own custom-made blocks, which can be incorporated into the drawing at the desired scale.
If it is a 2D CAD drawing, use polylines or straight lines to draw it, based on the actual outer diameter or nominal diameter. . . It is recommended to draw according to the actual dimensions
If it is an XP system, Qpipe3.2 can be used, but only CAD 2002 is available; if it is Windows 7, Guanyi PDT can be used
