Hello, what does a pre-dust removal device look like? Increasing emissions is also difficult; no one wants to transport dust-containing tar, as everyone prefers to transport tar and light oil. How is the dust-containing tar dealt with where you are?
There is a lot of coal dust at the bottom of the cone in the primary tar separator – is the heat exchanger ahead blocked? The root cause is likely the high dust content in the coal fed into the furnace; addressing the issue at its source would be better. Treating it after it reaches the gas and water treatment system is more complicated. First, it’s necessary to determine what is causing the high amount of coal dust in the water system – whether it’s due to poor mechanical properties of the coal or an excessive amount of pulverized coal in the raw material. If the coal fed into the furnace contains a lot of pulverized coal, considering the installation of a screening device before the furnace might be a good solution.
