If the feed pump stops, the furnace will definitely shut down. The operator must maintain the appropriate levels of high and low fractions, as well as the liquid level in the distillation section. When the temperature drops and the depth decreases, the compressor should reduce its load to prevent high system pressure. Pay attention to the temperature rise in the bed; supply cold hydrogen as necessary. After that, disable the interlock mechanism, start the backup pump, and ignite the furnace to raise the temperature. Adjust the parameters accordingly if the product quality does not meet the requirements.
