As the title suggests, for a 30m3 polymerization reactor, is there any use of equal-temperature material feeding in this industry? I have questions and would like to ask for advice.
Is a 30-cubic-meter tank used for resin pasting?
We used to not wait for warm water, but we thought it wouldn’t be difficult to change to waiting for warm water either.
It’s either paste resin or a LF-IV type reactor; it’s possible to change the process to an isothermal one, but the finished product shows some abnormalities and the cause cannot be identified. Have you ever used isothermal feeding?
Theoretically, it’s possible, but the formula will definitely need to be adjusted.
Changing the 30m3 tank to use isothermal feed may mean there is no port for adding the initiator
