Dear sea friends, our factory’s stable high-pressure system is equipped with a voltage stabilization pump and a high-pressure pump; usually, the voltage stabilization pump is used. When a danger occurs, start the high-pressure pump. The problem is that when the high-pressure pump is started, there is a slight fluctuation in the outlet pressure. It has an impact on the high-pressure official website and can easily cause leakage points. I propose adding a cross-cable to the inlet and outlet bus, along with an electric valve and pressure interlock, to control pressure stability. I’m not sure if it’s feasible; if any of you sea friends have better suggestions, please share them. Thank you all.
Fire protection pipeline network? It is more reliable to use a pressure-retaining pressure-relief valve; the water should flow directly back to the reservoir
We also have a diesel-powered pump to prevent power outages, and it has this type of valve you mentioned, but I don’t understand how to adjust it

This type of valve allows the release pressure to be set; you can consult the manufacturer’s technical staff. Mechanical versions are more reliable than those controlled by electrical signals
How much pressure is needed to open the valve?
It’s just a matter of adding a bypass pressure regulator or throttle valve to release the suddenly increased pressure and prevent peak pressure spikes
In other words, pressures above 8–10 bar will be released, right? The pressure in the main pipeline cannot exceed 10 bar. Simply use a pressure regulator with a setting of 10 bar; no matter what pressure the pump generates or what the peak values are, it will be kept at a maximum of 10 bar.
