Black water flow meter

The flow meter for the black water in the gasification furnace grate shows large fluctuations, with a value 60 to 80 cubic meters higher than the normal level. After about 30 minutes, the flow rate drops again. The instrument’s inspection results are normal, but from a process operation perspective, there are no significant changes in the liquid level or valves. It is therefore assumed that the flow meter is faulty. I seek advice from experienced colleagues to determine the cause and whether the flow meter is still functional
What kind of flow meter? I guess it’s a double-flange type. Am I right?
