After dehydration, the powdered material is mixed with a small amount of binder in a kneader for thorough mixing, followed by extrusion granulation. The labor intensity is high during feeding and unloading processes, and continuous production is not possible, which hinders the advancement of automation in production. I would like to ask those with experience in the offshore oil industry whether they are aware of any equipment, or manufacturers of such equipment, that enables continuous feeding, continuous addition of adhesives, and subsequent kneading for discharge Or how can I achieve automation and continuity based on the existing equipment, in order to reduce the number of operational steps and lower the labor intensity?

I, like you, have only used the small-sized ones; it was 28 years ago. I no longer work in this industry now; I’ve moved on to a higher-level sector, the plasticizer industry. Equipment is evolving, and there are certainly advanced versions.
