There should be a platform under the water seal tank; dome tanks have sloped surfaces, so people cannot stand on them.
Where is the foundation of the water seal tank? Next to the big jar? Build a platform about ten meters long and extend it sideways to the top of the water seal tank?
It’s not just our factory; we’ve seen in many factories that the water seal tank is located on top of the sewage tank.
Vault tank? Add some supports or something on top of the tank, and then place the water seal tank on those supports?
If you put water on top, will the water pressure increase? It would be much better to build it directly below; it’s also difficult to maintain. If the water seal leaks, it poses a very high level of risk
Are you putting all those water-sealing tanks with large containers on the ground? Where do you discharge the water from the water seal?

Otherwise, the pressure increases and the water seal loses its effectiveness. The flowing water is discharged to wastewater treatment. This is fresh water that can be reused. It’s still better to use a nitrogen seal if conditions permit, as it yields better results
Isn’t there a lot of H2S in the top of the acidic water tank? Do you just discharge it into the drain after the water seal dissolves the H2S? Also, what do you do with the gas that comes out of the water seal?
The acidic water tank is sealed, otherwise it is easy for ferrous sulfide to catch fire spontaneously. Hydrogen sulfide is dissolved in water and taken directly to wastewater treatment. But you need to be careful: sometimes the acidic water returned from the hydrogenation unit contains an excessively high level of hydrogen sulfide, and the water seal may not be able to contain it, leading to potential leaks – and this is the most dangerous situation.
Do you send the water containing H2S through the ditch? . .
