What’s wrong if the submersible pump doesn’t deliver water?

The submersible pump in the collection tank cannot draw water; it’s quite troublesome to remove the submersible pump. What could be the reasons? How should we judge it from those aspects?
It’s quite likely that the pump inlet is blocked by things like plastic sheets or woven bags.
Try reversing the wires and turning them in the opposite direction – will that work?

Is there any pressure on the outlet? Can you feel any vibration after it is turned on? Have an electrician come and check the grounding as soon as possible.
In a three-phase motor, if the phases are unbalanced or if one of the wires is not properly connected, it can easily result in the pump not pumping water. It can also lead to power outages and damage to the pump; in such cases, the motor usually emits a low-level humming sound.
I also agree with what was said on the 2nd floor: if the entrance is severely blocked, water certainly won’t flow out. Additionally, the connection at the pump’s outlet flange (the part underwater) has come loose, which is why no water comes out of the pipe; one can check whether the water surface is moving.
Use a megohmmeter to check for three-phase grounding, and then determine the load condition by measuring the current on the pump side. Don’t be reluctant to go through the extra hassle; lift the pump if necessary and analyze the situation step by step to find a solution
Check the current level; it’s possible that the shaft head at the impeller connection is broken.
