Our company is a manufacturer of synthetic ammonia and fertilizers, and the equipment used in our production processes requires lubricants. We are now planning to set up a lubricant analysis laboratory. The main parameters that need to be analyzed include open flash point, kinematic viscosity, mechanical impurities, acid value, and emulsification resistance. We’re not sure which manufacturer’s instruments would be the best choice; if anyone knows any good options, please recommend them to me. Thank you!
Working on it by oneself, only capable of conducting tests but not able to perform fault analysis – it’s better to outsource it

These are all standard tests for lubricants. According to Haiyou, it is necessary to test the lubricants in use, and regular testing should suffice; this makes it more cost-effective to send them for testing. Generally, the test results for these items can be obtained within two working days.
At present, our unit has two pieces of equipment from Dalian Petroleum Instrument Co., Ltd.: the Petroleum Product Kinematic Viscosity Tester SYP1003-IA, which costs around 4,400 yuan; and the Emulsification Resistance Tester (Device for measuring the water separation ability of petroleum and synthetic fluids), DSY-433, which costs around 10,000 yuan.
