May I ask the original poster: are you referring to the diagrams on pages 21, 22, 23, and 24 of the \"Standard Interpretation for Horizontal Containers\"? These figures show only some of the stresses; other stresses are not depicted, and in some cases what is shown is the distribution of bending moments rather than stress distribution. I’m not sure how to draw a stress distribution diagram – should all stresses be indicated on it? I would appreciate some guidance from the original poster.
