Corrosion of the jacket surrounding the reaction vessel

The jacket of the reaction vessel is filled with heat transfer oil from Yanshan Petrochemical, and both the jacket and the piping are made of stainless steel. It has been found that the pipes at the jacket outlet are completely alkalized. During normal production, could high-temperature heat transfer oil splash out? Could something else be formed when the heat transfer oil is at high temperatures? The temperature of the heat transfer oil during normal production can reach around 240 degrees
Is there a problem with the purity of the heat transfer oil? Or has there been a leak in the reactor that has contaminated the heat transfer oil?
It’s probably the mismatch between concentration and temperature that’s causing the problem.
