What viscosity of lubricant base oil can be produced from hydrocracking tail oil

Are there any of you who use equipment for producing lubricant base oils from hydrocracked tail oil in your plants? What viscosity level of base oils can be produced using hydrocracked tail oil? The highest viscosity base oil we produce has a viscosity of 6 CST at 100°C. What about yours?
What is the flash point? Do you have any other control parameters?
