Is a construction license required to install eyewash stations on-site?

We deliver the eye wash stations to the customer’s site, where they need to be installed on-site. Is a construction license required for installing the eye wash stations on site? Some customers arrange for their own personnel to carry out the installation on site, but for other customers, it is the eyewash station manufacturer who needs to perform the installation. If a construction license is required on site, the eyewash station manufacturer does not necessarily possess such a license. This is the problem I encountered on site

The first person to negotiate was the purchasing officer, who would always try to reduce the price by a few percent based on the initial quote. After that, it was the purchasing manager who took over the negotiations, and you had to at least give some face by reducing the price further ； After the procurement manager finished speaking, another project manager showed up. Well, since you gave face to the procurement manager, you surely need to give face to the project manager as well, so the price was reduced again. In the end, we had no choice but to cancel this order and let them approach other manufacturers.

...You guys are really great. . . What installation qualifications are required? If the company thinks it can carry out the installation itself, it does so; it’s too much of a hassle, so the procurement contract specifies that the supplier shall handle the installation. . .
No need; we install them ourselves, and it’s not some special type of equipment!
