Electric single-girder cranes and wire rope electric hoists require a usage permit; all of our company’s units have such permits. As far as I know, hand-held monorail cranes do not need a usage permit
These all belong to special equipment! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
The new rule states that electric hoists no longer require any oversight; cranes with a capacity of three tons or more are still subject to regulation
Electric single-girder cranes with a weight of three tons or more are considered special equipment; otherwise, they are not. Even wire rope electric hoists with a capacity of 10 tons or jacks with a capacity of 100 tons are not classified as special equipment
