The styrene shipment is cloudy

After the maintenance was completed, the styrene product was shipped in a turbid state. The pipeline has been flushed in a cyclic manner; it works but the effect is not significant. I’m looking for any effective solutions.
Based on personal experience, it is mainly caused by moisture; the problem can be resolved after several hours of sampling and purification, and the moisture content can be analyzed by taking samples!
Has rust formed and aggregated in the pipeline?
What color? If it’s white and cloudy, it should contain water. There may be leakage in the heat exchanger reboiler
