Problems with rope fixation in cable-type steel chimneys

I would like to ask everyone whether there are any relevant standards regarding the fixing points for the cables of cable-supported steel chimneys. Is it in compliance with safety regulations to fix them to the equipment itself or to the ductwork framework? Thank you all!
It seems that it is not allowed to install it on equipment or pipes
Fixing it to the device body won’t work.
