How to get through the next few years

With few projects and a large workforce, the efficiency is low, and therefore salaries have to be reduced. In my family, I’m the only one who earns money by working; I have to pay off the mortgage and take care of my family. My child was just born as well, and it’s all very stressful. The baby is currently being breastfed, and my wife can’t work anymore. The next few years are going to be quite difficult; how will we get through them?
Perseverance leads to victory; there will be bread, and everything else as well. Do your current work well, accumulate experience and wisdom – there are many opportunities in life, so just wait patiently.
It’s that principle; we should keep improving ourselves, not slack off, and strive to move in a positive direction.
When feeling lost, focus on improving yourself and keep learning; believe that perseverance will lead to better things in the future

We need to cut costs and save resources; the term \"new normal\" isn’t used for no reason – we must prepare to get through this difficult time.
I have some doubts. Although the economy is sluggish, GDP is still growing after all, so why are our incomes declining? Is it only our industry that is declining, while other industries keep growing rapidly? ? But I feel like the entire market isn’t doing so well – where has all that high GDP gone? Is it still my understanding that GDP growth is not equivalent to income?
