How should blockages at the slag discharge port of a circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace be dealt with?
1. Use a longer steel flat bar to manually clear the area (from different angles), with the aim of pushing aside the debris near the slag outlet in order to allow the slag to be discharged. 2. Increase the secondary air pressure and use flat iron to clear it manually. 3. If there is a vertical accident slag discharge pipe, multiple rods can be used to push aside the debris at the slag outlet, provided that a plug valve is in place for isolation.
