According to the regulations on the implementation of paid annual leave for enterprise employees, employees who have worked continuously for one year or more are eligible to take annual leave. This one year of work experience is not limited to the current employer, nor does it have to be at the same employer. Enjoying paid annual leave is an important right of workers.
