The desired goal is that contractors carrying out work in the workshop will act in accordance with the specifications for chemical workshops by wearing PPE properly. Education should be the main approach, with punishment as a supplementary measure; conduct more inspections, make timely corrections, and help develop good habits

It’s hard to avoid imposing fines； Our company used to do it this way: first, when signing the contract, we would enter into a relevant safety agreement with the contractor, stipulating that a drilling system would be implemented during the construction process ； Each project comes with a safety card ； Hanged at the construction site ； If on-site safety inspectors identify safety issues ； Make a hole in this card ； (And record the reason for drilling) ； Specify how much cash will be deducted from the project cost for each hole drilled ； The safety card must be returned to the company at the end of each day’s work, and it is stipulated that if the number of holes worked on in a single day exceeds a certain limit ； Everyone needs to stop working to study* ； During the training period, the contractor needs to pay us for the related costs incurred as a result of organizing this training ； And if the progress of construction is affected due to safety regulations*, and losses arise, compensation shall be paid in accordance with the terms of the contract ； If a contractor has too many holes on their safety card, they may lose the qualification to carry out work in our company again ； By implementing this in this way, it gives me the impression that those responsible for safety management are taking proactive steps in managing things ； It’s much easier for us to manage ；
