The inside of the cylinder is at atmospheric pressure, while the jacket contains pressurized steam; so how can it be considered a pressure vessel? Multiply the V and P of the jacket?
Determined by the container category of the jacketed section.
Is it calculated by multiplying the volume of the jacket section through which steam passes by the design pressure?
