Looking for E+H debugging software

As the title suggests, I’m looking for the E+H debugging software. I have an FXA195 unit with a TOF function; my old computer had a 32-bit XP operating system, and installing the debugging software worked fine there. Now I’m using a 64-bit Win7 system, and I’ve downloaded the 64-bit version of the FXA driver from the E+H official website, but the old driver for the TOF function is still in use. After installation, the device cannot be detected at all. . I’m not very good at using the new Fieldcare yet; even after installing it, I can’t find the device. I’m seeking advice from someone with experience. . The TOF software is also not available on the official website.
Is it done? I’m also looking for this software
