In a vacuum distillation system, some of the material vapor cannot be cooled by the condenser and remains in the piping system. The car has been parked for a long time. The vapor of the material will cause crystallization, which in turn blocks the pipes. Is there any way to reduce pipe blockages during shutdown?

How should this be solved? There is no pressure difference; is it necessary to connect a nitrogen purge?

To put it simply, the condenser was not properly designed during the initial planning phase, which resulted in some of the material not being cooled down. This substance is an organic crude acid with strong corrosiveness. When the vapor of this crude acid condenses, it forms a grayish-white substance; over time, this leads to severe blockages in the pipes. Sometimes, it takes a long time to clear these blockages by pouring hot water into the pipes and using tools to knock them free. Continuous operation helps to reduce the risk of blockages, but once the system is shut down for a while before being restarted, blockages definitely occur.
Elbows and valves are added at the pipeline equipment end; after distillation is completed, the vacuum pipeline is purged and replaced, with appropriate media such as steam, nitrogen, or air being selected depending on the properties of the material. If the process permits, it can also be installed on distillation equipment.
Half an hour of nitrogen or steam purging before shutdown; Or, electric heating can be installed on the pipeline to maintain the temperature above the condensation temperature.
Blow out after parking, and provide heat tracing for the pipelines
Apply steam or electric heating to the parts that tend to crystallize.
