When using the HTRI software for calculations, a “setting plan error: setting plan has not been run” message appears. Is it a problem with the settings or an issue with the operation? The conditions for the heat exchanger are specified, but the calculation results do not include the dimensions from the specific planar assembly drawings? Has anyone encountered this situation? Please advise, I’m in urgent need of help

It all indicates that it’s a setting issue. There may be an issue with the parameters or units you set.
The runtime message indicates no issues, but the data check message states that the tube length is inconsistent with the baffle spacing and the number of cross passes specified. The baffle spacing for the first region is acceptable. How can this be adjusted? I don’t know what’s going on? Experts, please help answer. In the drawing, the cuts on the partition plates are not shown; instead, the entire plate is displayed. Why is that?
