Previously, the smoke guiding vehicle was equipped with a cleaning hammer, which was used to strike the interior of the rising tube after each batch was processed. Since the hammer was relatively small, the impact it had on the interior of the rising tube was also limited. How do other factories handle this? Seek education

If it is not cleaned for a long time, excessive graphite will accumulate, making manual cleaning very difficult. Before you leave, open the rising pipe in advance and use compressed air to blow out the graphite; you can then observe any changes in the graphite. This method of cleaning is simpler and less labor-intensive. Who has any good methods? Please share them so we can discuss together.
If the hammer is too small, increase its size; for particularly severe furnace cases, manual cleaning using air nozzles is also required
