Problems with upgrading from Win8.1 to Win10

I recently purchased a new laptop pre-installed with the legitimate Win8.1 operating system. I have installed Office 2010 and CAD 2007 for now; however, the system does not seem very stable during use, so I have not installed applications such as Aspen and HTRI yet. I plan to install them after upgrading to Win10. After searching on Baidu, I downloaded the Windows 10 Technical Preview x64 version for upgrading. After installation, an error message appeared during the setup on another device, stating that Win10 could not be installed, and the system reverted back to Win8.1. This notebook is relatively clean at the moment. Has anyone encountered such a problem? Do you have any good solutions?
Windows 10 Technical Preview is a technical preview version; the RTM version has now been released, so there is no need to download it manually for an upgrade.
TP is not the official version. . . If you have a legitimate copy of Win 8, go to the official website to upgrade to Win 10, but do not choose the TP version. . . Look for an official version upgrade. If you don’t have the legitimate version, then go and download the official ISO. . .
At the current stage, many device drivers for Win10 are temporarily unavailable
