1. Feeding and combustion process: The biomass fuel is evenly fed into the high-temperature pyrolysis combustion chamber through a feeder. Once ignited, the volatile components in the fuel rapidly evaporate, and the flame burns inward, creating a high-temperature zone within the gas (solid) phase combustion chamber, which facilitates continuous and stable ignition.2. Pyrolysis and gas-phase combustion process: In the high-temperature pyrolysis combustion chamber, the fuel undergoes rapid decomposition into combustible gases under conditions of high temperature and low oxygen; these gases are then sent to the gas-phase combustion chamber for further combustion as gas-phase fuel.
3. Solid-phase combustion and slag discharge process: Along with the gas-phase fuel, over 90% of the volatile components are converted into intense heat-producing fuel, which is transported via a delivery system to the solid-phase combustion chamber for solid-phase combustion. The ash resulting from complete combustion is then discharged into a slag tank or ash pit; 4. Secondary combustion process: During transportation, small fuel particles and unburned particles burn in the gas (solid) phase combustion chamber under the action of air flow ; 5. Heat absorption and dust removal process: Oxygen can be automatically adjusted in proportion from multiple oxygen supply points to supply the required amount, thereby assisting combustion at the furnace outlet. The high-temperature flue gas resulting from complete combustion is directed to the boiler’s heat exchange surfaces where the heat is absorbed; after that, it is discharged into the atmosphere after dust removal.
