Hello everyone. Regarding the amendment to Article 20 of the \"Rules for the Management of Inspection of Boiler Design Documents\" (TSG G1001-2004), in Article 4, which states that \"the nominal outer diameter of the substitute steel pipe is different from that of the original steel pipe\", is there a specific type of steel pipe referred to here? Whether it is a water pipe, steam pipe, cooling pipe, downcomer, or a regular manhole connection, fitting connection, etc., does it need to be re-evaluated whenever its outer diameter changes? It generally refers to important pressure-bearing components such as water pipes, fire pipes, cooling pipes, and downcomers.
All substitutions that differ from the design pattern (must meet standards), but do not necessarily require verification. Personal opinion: Since the outer diameter of the steel pipe has changed, it cannot be considered a substitute
