How to establish a liquid level in an propylene refrigeration compressor? After liquid propylene is introduced into the third-stage tank following stamping, how should the liquid level be established in the second-stage tank, and to what level needs it to be stamped? Does a section of the tank need to be stamped, and if so, to what extent? The set pressure of the safety valves in each section varies during this process – how should this issue be addressed?
Before starting up the propylene unit, pressurize the entire system to 0.6 Mpa; fill the three-stage tanks to 60% capacity with liquid. As propylene liquid is introduced by the various users, additional liquid should be added to these three stages
Fill the two-stage tanks according to the pressure difference; before starting up, apply 6 kilograms of pressure to the entire system. You can check the setting pressure of the safety valves in each tank – if it is higher than that setting value, it is possible to refrain from activating the safety valves for now
The previous tank does not need to be filled with liquid; it is sufficient as long as the quench tank has a liquid level.
Before starting the machine, three tanks can be filled to 80% capacity, and two tanks to 60% capacity. If the operator is inexperienced, it’s advisable not to stop the propylene pumps in the tank area, so that propylene can be added promptly
