Rosemount pressure gauge analog output issue

The company has a Rosemount 3051 pressure gauge, and the readings shown on-site do not match those displayed in the control room. Upon inspection, it was found that the actual current output of the gauge differed from the internal data measured by the gauge itself (using a 475 device, the current reading was 16 MA, but when a current meter was connected, the value was only 12 MA). When a signal generator was used to send signals to the control room, the readings there were normal. I would like to ask if it’s possible to adjust the analog output of this pressure gauge in such a situation, or if it’s necessary to send it back to the manufacturer for repair Has anyone encountered this before? ? ? ?
Use 475 to check whether the internal setting of the transmitter is 4-20mA
I haven’t gone to check it, but this gauge has been working properly for 3 years; it should be 4–20MA
Try calibrating the current output of the pressure transmitter using 475 to see if it can be corrected.
Re-calibrating the transmitter’s zero point and range using a hand controller should solve the problem.
How is the range calibrated? I’ve never tried it before; does one set the pressure to its maximum level first for calibration, or what?
I’ve never used the 475 model. For the 375 model, I remember that there’s an option called D/A trim in the calibration/diagnosis settings; it’s used to adjust the output current.
The method is to set the pressure (standard pressure) to its maximum, and then adjust the output current. For specific procedures, refer to JJG 882-2004 \"Calibration Regulations for Pressure Transmitters\".
