How is the normal wear and loss of a catalyst calculated, and what range is considered normal?
There are two places where the catalyst is lost: one is the settler, and the other is the regenerator. The main indicator for detecting losses in the settler is the solid content of the slurry ； The loss in the regenerator is mainly observed in terms of catalyst dust in the flue gas after the three spinners. These designs all have specified criteria; for example, regarding the solid content in the slurry, some plants require it to be no more than 3 mg/L, while others require it to be no more than 5 mg/L.
Adding to what was said above: the smoke concentration at the three-exit outlets is ≯200 mg/Nm3; furthermore, the solid content in the slurry should be controlled at 6 mg/L
