Why isn’t anyone responding? ? :)
To determine the pressure drop in the tower, for example, when the trays are dirty or damaged.
Which valves are opened to measure the pressure difference during normal operation?
Under normal circumstances, it should be the pressure difference across the entire tower
Are the bottom valves at the top and bottom of the tower opened to measure the total pressure difference across the tower? Why is the pressure difference the greatest when all our bottom valves are opened?
The last time I was driving, I tried to turn off the one in the middle, keeping the ones at the top and bottom of the tower active; the pressure difference was very low (which is abnormal). I gradually opened the other bottom valves from the bottom up of the tower, and with each valve that was opened, the pressure difference increased. It was only after all the valves were opened that the pressure difference reached its maximum value.
We only measure the pressure difference at the top and bottom of the tower, to assess the pressure difference throughout the entire tower. The absorption tower operates through segmented absorption; if the absorption efficiency is poor, the pressure difference across each section of the tower can be measured to assess the performance of the trays in that section.
Is there liquid in the pressure guide tube? Is the valve incorrect? Are the table headers reversed?
Please explain in detail, what are the various reasons?
