Questions regarding the preliminary assessment of safety impacts

I have a chemical engineering project; the safety-related documents have been reviewed and approved. However, the location has changed – it’s still within the same factory complex, but about 500 meters away. Is it necessary to redo or improve the safety pre-assessment? How should this be handled? How long will it take at the fastest to redo the preliminary evaluation?

A change in location constitutes a major alteration; strictly speaking, you have to go through all the procedures again, starting from the environmental impact assessment, through the preliminary safety assessment report, the safety section, and all the other relevant sections (fire safety, occupational diseases, industrial hygiene). It seems like everything has to be done over again. There’s no other way – after all, it was you who decided to change the location. Even the business license may need to be obtained anew!
