Some personal views on the active computer sector

The Computer section has also started to use a “question of the day” format to keep it active. I have some personal opinions regarding how to make this section more active, but I won’t share them in the casual chat section to avoid having them removed. When posting this thread, I felt that the section’s settings could be improved – for example, there’s no option for discussions among post types. I’ve asked several times that replies in the Computer section be counted toward the reply rewards, and the admin team said they would make adjustments, but nothing has changed yet. It would be helpful to communicate more with the admin team to increase people’s enthusiasm for replying. The “question of the day” idea is good; at least there are moderators who are committed to keeping this section active. However, more topics need to be introduced, otherwise people will only come here to get reply rewards without truly participating. Could discussions on digital development be initiated? I suggest holding discussions and polls on topics such as digital cameras, operating systems, application software, and so on
I agree with Lao Yu’s view; we can move in the direction of digital products. Regarding the categorization of posts, we could ask the moderators of each forum section and the persons in charge of each area to think about what categories would be most appropriate – whether it should be general requests for help, discussions, or resources, or perhaps categories such as computers, cameras, mobile phones, software applications, etc. Once those suggestions are made, they can be submitted to the site administrator for revision. Regarding the inclusion of replies in the rewards, please have the site administrator make the settings.
For reply statistics. . I don’t know what happened. . . Indeed, after so many days of one question per day, everyone is here to answer questions. . It seems that the question bank available is just that of Level 1, and it’s somewhat limited. I’ve been trying to find other question banks these past couple of days; for example, those for Level 2 are too specialized, and the computer-related questions for professional qualifications consist solely of practical tasks, which cannot be implemented in this version. . . I’ll think more about the question bank. . . As for categorization, my view is that we should simply add a few more categories on top of what already exists – adding options for discussions, suggestions, voting, etc.; otherwise, this post wouldn’t have any corresponding category at all. . If they were classified in the same way as cameras and mobile phones, there would be too many digital products to list completely – products such as headphones and MP3 players that are considered high-end items. . It depends on your thinking. I don’t interfere too much. Regarding the question bank, don’t set too strict limits. You can find some digital topics to discuss; after all, sometimes you can create your own questions.
