I would like to ask: in an 1830 coal-based urea plant, what is the volume of off-gas from the ammonia synthesis unit during normal operation? What are the main components of vent gas? Under current technical conditions, is the vented gas released into the atmosphere or recycled? Is it easy to collect and reuse the released gas? What can the recovery and reuse of released gas be used for?
There is approximately 1,500 cubic meters of gas to be vented. The vented gas mainly contains hydrogen, as well as impurities such as methane, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide. Prison membrane separation units are typically used to recover hydrogen, and the purity of this hydrogen can be adjusted according to your requirements, usually kept between 95% and 98%
We have around 2,000 cubic meters here; the main components are ammonia, hydrogen, methane, and Ar. We recover ammonia using ammonia distillation!

Which organization do you belong to? Do programmable valves used for hydrogen recovery with PSA often experience problems, affecting production? Can the hydrogen recovery rate reach the design value?
