Head forming temperature

Dear colleagues: For the S30408 integrally formed heads, the forming temperature is between 150-200 degrees. Will this affect the solution state of the original steel sheet after forming? Also, what is the standard ferrite content for S30408 integrally cold-formed heads? According to the standard. Thank you.

Solution heat treatment: Austenitic stainless steel is heated to around 1100°C, causing all or most of the carbide phases to dissolve; carbon dissolves in the austenite, after which it is rapidly cooled to room temperature, putting carbon in a supersaturated state. The forming temperature for the integrally formed head of S30408 is between 150 and 200 degrees, and this does not disrupt the solutionized state of the original sheet metal. Additionally, I believe the ferrite content standard for the overall cold-formed heads of S30408 should meet the element content requirements specified in the steel plate standards.
High-alloy steels need to consider the issue of sensitization at 315°C.

Ferrite is not an element but a microstructure, and there are no standards specified for it.
