I would like some advice on how to lubricate the bearings at the bottom of a thin-film evaporator, and how to prevent these bearings from being damaged due to high temperatures
It is lubricated by steam under a certain pressure here
Can steam lubricate? It still only serves to reduce fever
First, you need to determine what medium is inside your evaporator? Only then can you determine the lubricant to use; a simple shaft seal system can be employed for lubrication.
The bearing is replaced with a polytetrafluoroethylene-impregnated graphite material, the inner part of the shaft sleeve features grooves aligned with the direction of rotation, and the medium inside the evaporator is used as the lubricant. Similar to the graphite bearings used in shielded pumps
