Currently, most companies generally conduct occupational health check-ups once a year. But for companies that handle gas in sealed containers, there are no internal factors that could pose risks; however, since they are **chemical handling enterprises, do their employees also need to undergo occupational health examinations? ? If they do it, what do they check? Even if a problem is detected, it’s certain that it’s not an occupational disease.
A physical examination is essentially a benefit for employees. We perform blood tests, urine tests, chest X-rays, ultrasound scans, ECGs, hearing tests to examine the ears, nose, and throat. For internal medicine examinations, we listen, feel, and tap, with the patient standing with eyes closed and arms stretched forward. Certain positions require vital capacity and pulmonary dynamics.
An annual occupational health check-up – these rules seem a bit too rigid. For positions in certain companies where the working environment and conditions are more hazardous, shouldn’t the interval between checks be shortened?
The issue I had on the first floor has now been resolved after consulting company staff and looking up relevant information: According to **legal requirements, all regulations related to occupational diseases have their scope of application. They are all enterprises and institutions with occupational disease hazards, as well as personnel exposed to such hazardous factors. The occupational disease hazards and factors mentioned here should be referred to according to the \"List of Occupational Disease Hazards.\" Therefore, for enterprises like the one I mentioned earlier on the first floor, there are no such occupational disease hazards, and thus the management systems designed for enterprises with occupational diseases do not apply to them. So, testing and physical examinations should not be necessary. Moreover, such enterprises are unable to submit reports on occupational hazard factors, as there are no legally defined occupational disease hazards. Please ask the experts to share any other opinions. There might be **different interpretations, or new regulations and standards that I am not aware of.

Still, some people don’t pay much attention to this medical check-up and try to avoid it if they can. And there are also cases where the medical examination facilities deceive people; some people discover other problems right after their examination
