Generally, backflow occurs in the slurry pipeline, there is internal leakage in the check valve, the shut-off valve cannot be closed properly, and there is also internal leakage in the check valve of the slurry pump – when all three of these issues occur at the same time, it’s really a serious problem. During routine shutdowns for maintenance on a single system, it is essential to carefully inspect the check valves of the slurry pump; any signs of wear or damage should be addressed by replacing them promptly. In our experience, there have also been several instances where the cut-off valve of the slurry pump failed to close properly due to pressure buildup during shutdowns
In what specific aspects is so-called tempering manifested?
The pressure is released too quickly, the purging time with high-pressure nitrogen is insufficient, and so on. . . . . . . . .
At first glance, it seemed to be backfire from the preheating burner! Process burner tempering? What specific phenomenon?
After stopping the machine, the operators and maintenance staff went to the ninth floor to install blind flanges, and found that the burners were red; at that time, there was still pressure in the gasification furnace.
Is it the cooling water pipe, or is the external oxygen channel red? Is it air leakage due to damaged cooling water, or is there backflow of material into the coal and oxygen channels?
Operational issues come first, while faults in the instrument control valve itself come later! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
