Reasons for the decrease in temperature of the hydrodesulfurization bed

Dear everyone, I have a question: yesterday, the bed temperature in our hydrogen desulfurization unit dropped suddenly by 10 degrees around 2 o’clock. The temperatures in the preceding processes remained almost unchanged, with only a change of about 2 degrees due to ambient temperature variations. I wonder what other reasons could cause the temperature to drop. (We use the Lurgi natural gas steam reforming process, which includes pre-reformation, medium-temperature reforming, and PSA purification; however, we do not have natural gas component analysis.)
This temperature is closely related to the previous temperature; since natural gas is used as the raw material, the heat generated by desulfurization is limited after all. I wonder if the thermometers at the top, middle, and bottom of your desulfurization reactor have all shown a decrease in temperature? Has it recovered now? How long has the catalyst been in use? Perhaps it's due to the environmental influence
