Selection of drip pipeline flow meter

The operating conditions are as follows: 1, from the high-level metering tank to the reactor, with a height difference of 1.5 m ； 2. Medium: Benzenesulfonic acid ； 3. Process piping: Glass ； 4. Add the liquid drop by drop using a flow meter, with a flow rate of 80 L/h; 5. Install the vertical pipe ； 6. Both the metering tank and the reaction vessel operate at normal pressure and temperature. Please give me some advice. Addition: On-site + remote transmission required

Use a control valve to regulate the dripping rate.
The flow rate of the droplet addition is very low. I have worked on several projects involving electromagnetic methods for necking, as well as those using metal rotors, but the results were not very good. It is recommended to use weighing for control; a measuring tank combined with a weight sensor is used, and the computer system calculates the opening degree of the valve.
If the flow rate is low, use a positive-displacement type; although it also requires maintenance, its components are more durable than those of rotor-type devices
