Concrete lining with rubber coating for wastewater treatment tanks!

Have you all ever encountered this? A 10X10 tank with a depth of 5 meters, lined with rubber; it is currently showing many bubbles and damage, and requires re-lining with rubber. Are there any standards for this type of rubber lining? Metal-lined gasket? I’ve never seen this before! I see that glass flake is used on most of the concrete!
The service life and operating conditions both have an impact. Construction quality is the main reason.
I agree with the original poster’s view; I’ve never heard of using rubber lining for concrete before. It seems that glass flake is more commonly used for the anti-corrosion treatment of concrete.
