I graduated with a master’s degree in June 2015 and am planning to apply for the qualification of a first-class construction engineer. I saw that one of the requirements is to have obtained a master’s degree and to have worked for at least two years; can I apply for this qualification in 2017, or do I have to wait until 2018?
It depends on your major; if it’s a suitable major, you can apply in the 17th year. The work experience is counted up to the end of the year when you submit the application.
Why don’t you register without a bachelor’s degree certificate?
